The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the fund's fees and expenses) of an index called the NASDAQ US Small Mid Cap Rising Dividend AchieversTM Index (the "index").
The fund will normally invest at least 90% of its net assets (including investment borrowings) in common stocks that comprise the index. The index is composed of the securities of 100 small and mid cap companies with a history of raising their dividends and exhibit the characteristics to continue to do so in the future. The fund is non-diversified.
