The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the fund's fees and expenses) of an equity index called the NASDAQ-100 Equal Weighted IndexSM. The fund will normally invest at least 90% of its net assets (including investment borrowings) in common stocks that comprise the index. The NASDAQ-100 Equal Weighted Index is the equal-weighted version of the NASDAQ-100 Index® which includes 100 of the largest non-financial companies listed on Nasdaq based on market capitalization.
