The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the FTSE RAFI Emerging Markets Index (the "underlying index").
The fund will invest at least 90% of its total assets in securities of companies domiciled in countries that are classified as emerging markets within the country classification definition of FTSE International Limited that comprise the underlying index, as well as ADRs and GDRs that are based on the securities in the underlying index. The underlying index is designed to track the performance of securities of companies domiciled in emerging market countries with the highest ranking cumulative score.
