The investment seeks daily investment results of 300% of the daily performance of the Dow Jones U.S. Select Home Construction Index.
The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in securities of the index, ETFs that track the index and other financial instruments that provide daily leveraged exposure to the index or ETFs that track the index. The index measures U.S. companies in the home construction sector that provide a wide range of products and services related to homebuilding, including home construction and producers, sellers and suppliers of building materials, furnishings and fixtures and also home improvement retailers. It is non-diversified.
