The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the KBW Nasdaq Regional Banking Index (the "underlying index"). The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in securities of publicly traded mid-capitalization companies that do business as regional banks and thrifts listed on U.S. stock markets and that comprise the underlying index. The index provider compile, maintain and calculate the underlying index, which is a modified-market capitalization-weighted index comprised of securities of 50 mid-cap banking companies that are publicly listed in the United States.
