The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the Russell 1000® Equal Weight Index (the "underlying index"). The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks that comprise the underlying index. Strictly in accordance with its guidelines and mandated procedures, Frank Russell Company compiles and maintains the underlying index, which is composed of all of the securities in the Russell 1000® Index (the "Russell 1000") "equally weighted."
